September 2026 Highlights
One of our biggest months yet: a brand-new way to request custom products, a fresh app layout, and notifications that show you what needs your attention.
New Features
- Product Requests. Have an idea for a gift, campaign, or swag item that isn't in the catalog yet? Start a request with a short brief and some inspiration images. Your provider proposes concepts, you pick a direction, and they send you a quote. Accept it, and the products show up in your catalog ready to order. The whole conversation lives in one shared thread with attachments, so nothing gets lost in email.
- Private requests, shared on your terms. A request is visible only to you until you invite colleagues, and you decide whether each person can view, chat, or help manage it.
- Notification bell. A new bell in the header shows what's waiting on you: approvals to review, orders that need confirming, and orders that just shipped. The header also gets a bigger search field and one-click access to support.
- A fresh app layout. The app now sits in a clean, inset workspace frame, with your profile and sign-out tucked into a new profile menu.
- Your own profile page. Update your details and manage two-factor sign-in from one place.
- Import contacts and devices. Bring in contacts or devices from a CSV or Excel file: upload it, match the columns, preview and fix rows, then import. Rows with problems are skipped with a reason instead of failing the whole file.
- Quantities in bundles. Set how many of each product a bundle ships, like two monitors and one keyboard, or offer a 5-pack as a single pick.
Improvements
- Stronger sign-in. You can now use emailed codes as a second factor, new passwords need at least 12 characters and are checked against known data breaches, and new accounts confirm their email address.
- Lists remember your place. Opening and closing a record keeps your scroll position.
- Company Store privacy. Shoppers are now asked before any analytics run.
- Dashboard polish. Trend labels on your dashboard cards now always fit inside the card.
Fixes
- Bundle pick options now show as out of stock when there isn't enough on hand to fill a whole pack.
- Custom card messages look the same on the bundle page, in print, and in PDFs.
- Device history now shows recipients correctly, with working contact links.
- Many security improvements to sign-in, file uploads, and the separation between companies' data.
