Changelog

June 2026 Highlights

This month was about knowing exactly where your orders are, keeping the right people in the loop, and making the whole app feel faster.

New Features

  • Order approvals. Admins can now ask for certain team members' orders to be approved before they go out. Held orders wait in a new Approvals queue for a Manager or Admin, with the shipping address and product photos right on the card. Nothing ships and no stock is set aside until someone approves it. Approvers who'd rather skip the emails can turn them off.
  • A live tracking page for every order. Order emails now link to an order-status page that shows each carrier scan as it happens. No login needed, so recipients can check on their own package.
  • A redesigned Order History. Switch between a full table and a split view with the details alongside, filter by status, and see which bundle each order came from.
  • Two-factor sign-in and privacy controls. Protect your account with an authenticator app. A new Account & Privacy tab in Settings lets you turn on two-factor, download a copy of your data, or delete your account.
  • Digital products. E-gift cards and other digital items now arrive by email. When everything in an order is digital, the form only asks for a name and email address, with no shipping address.
  • Birthdays and anniversaries. Contacts can now hold birthdays and work anniversaries, and anyone who orders through a bundle's pick page is saved to your Contacts automatically.
  • Offboarding with devices. When you offboard someone, choose which of their devices should come back. Each contact's profile now lists every device assigned to them.

Improvements

  • Smarter address checks. Every order form now uses the same address check, with separate Line 1 and Line 2 fields and clear highlights on anything we suggest changing. Trade-show booths and "c/o" addresses are recognized and kept intact.
  • Sending to lots of people. Send, Replace, and Offboard bundles now have a set-count field. The multi-recipient table, CSV import, and template include a Company column, and CSV uploads split full names into first and last automatically.
  • Clearer permissions. Managers can now manage team members, and if an action isn't available for your role, you'll see a plain explanation instead of nothing happening.
  • Microsoft Intune. Pick an Intune group from a single list. Static and Dynamic badges show which is which, and we handle the rest: devices are added to static groups directly and tagged for dynamic ones.
  • New themes. Your workspace can now be styled with one of several new visual themes.
  • A faster app. The layout appears instantly while your data loads, dashboard sections load side by side, and images come from a faster edge network.
  • Company Store. Color swatches now match the actual product photo, discount codes explain exactly why they can't be applied, receipts show the discount line, and checkout payments are more reliable.

Fixes

  • Bundles now respect the exact variants chosen when the bundle was set up, and products with only one option no longer ask recipients to pick.
  • Fixed logos and images not showing for workspaces on a custom domain.
  • Many security and reliability improvements behind the scenes.
