May 2026 Highlights

We shipped a lot this month, from a brand-new reporting hub to smarter ordering and a more customizable storefront. Here are the highlights.

New Features

  • Reports hub. A new Reports area brings your procurement, spend, device, HR, operations, and governance data together in one place. Preview reports in a side panel, filter by date range, schedule them, and export to Excel or CSV.
  • Automated onboarding & offboarding. Connect your HR system and let new hires and departures trigger the right bundles automatically. Map departments to bundles, watch activity in a live log, and retry anything that needs attention.
  • Email-gated discount codes & free-product offers. Create discount codes for your company store that are limited to specific people or entire email domains, including offers that send a free product at checkout.
  • Customizable storefront hero banner. Personalize your public store with a custom heading, subheading, background image, color, and sizing so it matches your brand.
  • Per-company storefront branding. Upload a company-specific favicon and add your company name to your public store web address for a more polished, on-brand experience.
  • Customer feedback, built in. A new feedback option in the support dialog makes it easy to share ideas and report issues without leaving the app.

Improvements

  • Smarter Quick Order. Edit quantities right in the review step, get clear warnings when stock is short, and easily retry or save orders for later if something doesn't go through. We also added safeguards against accidental duplicate orders.
  • Better bundle picking. A redesigned variant chooser shows a live image preview as options are selected, supports a fun "mystery" pick that hides and randomizes the gift, and lets you set variants per recipient on multi-recipient orders. Preferred-name and initials options are now honored on the pick page. And if a choice sells out mid-pick, recipients can simply swap to another available option in the bundle instead of getting stuck.
  • Storefront shopping. Added product filters, clearer pricing, and a more reliable checkout that guards against double-charging and handles $0 free orders gracefully.
  • Devices. Adding a device is faster: pick the product and exact variant straight from your catalog and the brand, model, and specs fill in automatically, with the condition defaulting to New. Device statuses also update on their own as carrier tracking scans come in, so you can see where hardware is without checking the carrier's site.
  • Order tracking. Tracking numbers now display clearly even when no tracking link is available, and inventory counts refresh right after you place an order.
  • Refreshed help center. Updated documentation with new pages for billing, contacts, and reports.

Fixes

  • Clearer, more helpful messages when an order can't be placed (including exact units available).
  • Several reliability fixes for placing orders and processing payments.
  • Behind-the-scenes performance and stability improvements across ordering, the storefront, and notifications.
