February 2026 Highlights

We've been busy this month with a refreshed look, smarter dashboards, and powerful new ways to manage devices and orders.

New Features

  • Fresh new brand: welcome to InterpriseOne. The platform has a brand-new name and look across the experience.
  • Redesigned dashboard. Your home dashboard now brings together orders, inventory, devices, and contacts in one place, with clearer charts. You can toggle chart legends and data labels on or off to see your data exactly how you like it.
  • Guided onboarding. New companies get a friendly step-by-step setup flow, and your progress is saved as a draft so you can pick up right where you left off.
  • Device management, leveled up. A redesigned device area with its own dashboard, search, and charts makes it easy to track who has what. We also added a built-in Microsoft Intune connection so you can view device apps, groups, policies, and configuration profiles right alongside your devices.
  • Contacts that stay in sync. Recipients are now Contacts, and you can automatically sync them from the tools you already use (HubSpot, BambooHR, and Salesforce), complete with profile photos.
  • Marketplace bundles. Browse and request curated product bundles, group them in your cart, and submit quote requests with just a few clicks.
  • Proof of delivery. Delivery photos now appear in your order tracking and confirmation emails (when supported by the carrier), so you always have a record that a package arrived.
  • Make it your own. A new branding area lets you upload your logo and personalize the look of your store.
  • Email preferences. Choose which order and account notifications you want to receive.

Improvements

  • Simpler, modular settings. Settings is reorganized into clear tabs for notifications, team members, required fields, integrations, and branding.
  • Smoother address entry. We refined address verification and structured company addresses so checkout and shipping details are more accurate.
  • Cleaner order views. Order numbers are now displayed consistently, product images show up in order tracking, and quick-order screens show your selected products more clearly.
  • Faster favicons and tidier inventory. Small touches like quicker page icons and clearer low-stock labels make day-to-day use smoother.
