September 2025 Highlights

A big month with several new tools for managing devices, spending, and orders, plus a fresh, faster dashboard experience.

New Features

  • Device Tracking — A new place to keep tabs on the devices and equipment you order. Add and edit devices (now including asset tags), see their full history, and watch tracking flow through automatically as items ship and returns come back.
  • Spend Tracking — A new spend section on your Billing page shows your current balance and a complete history of transactions, so you always know where you stand. You can export your spend history to CSV or Excel.
  • Inventory restock notifications — Get an email alert when an item runs low, so you can reorder before you run out.
  • Quick Send improvements — "Quick Order" is now Quick Send, with a downloadable template (now including a sample row) to make sending to many recipients easier and faster.
  • Order history exports — Export your order history to CSV or Excel, with a new Name column and a cleaner column layout.

Improvements

  • Refreshed bundles experience — "Campaigns" are now called Bundles, redesigned with a cleaner card-based layout, a pop-up to view all products in a bundle, and a more responsive grid that adapts to your screen.
  • Faster, smoother navigation — The dashboard now moves between pages more quickly and responsively, with better loading indicators so you're never left guessing.
  • Better product selection — Product pickers now show live inventory quantities and have a more comfortable, dynamic layout.
  • Smarter address checking — Address validation now handles apartment and suite numbers and international orders more accurately, with a clearer experience when sending to many recipients at once.
  • Clearer dashboard — Streamlined the dashboard view and improved error messages to suggest a quick page refresh when something doesn't load right away.
  • Logout confirmation — A confirmation step when logging out so you don't get signed out by accident.
